Ok Bought My Copy and Installed today
and we have to wait till 12:00pm to start play ? its only 6:30 here

Please keep in mind it is 12:01 PACIFIC standard time, not eastern.

So, really, it's closer to 8 hours and 20 minutes.

Yes, if you can get ahold of a preorder key that hasn't been used then you can start playing now.
